Svenja obtained a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences and then a Master's degree in Applied Life Sciences specialising in Sustainable Process Development and Biotechnology.
Within Bioclear, she is active in various fields. Among other activities, she is involved in molecular research. She is also working on projects such as Biobeton and the Greenstep in the Bioclear earth innovation lab.
During her studies, she gained practical experience at the sustainable electrochemistry and industrial biotechnology department of the DECHEMA Research Institute in Frankfurt am Main. During her master's internship at Bioclear earth, she worked on the Power to Methane project. What Svenja loves about working with our team is that she can combine her passion for environmental sustainability with her interest in biotechnology.
Svenja is always in a good mood, cheerful, eager to learn and a real go-getter.
In her free time, Svenja enjoys cooking, playing board games with family and friends or spending time in nature.
