Feite graduated from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences in Leeuwarden, where he specialised in process technology as part of his biotechnology degree. Even during his student days, he proved himself to be a real go-getter by working in a warehouse for a DIY store and a transport company. The aspect of his role at Bioclear earth that he finds most appealing is the wide variety of tasks it entails. He has the opportunity to work with a diverse range of sectors and take a look behind the scenes at various companies.

His colleagues describe him as relaxed and sociable. He is someone who keeps track of things and is always willing to help others. Feite takes the initiative and comes up with useful ideas. He has a talent for designing practical laboratory setups, solving every challenge he encounters, and doesn't give up until everything works. He clearly enjoys his work and is keen to continue developing. In short, he is a pleasure to work with.

Feite's practical nature also evident in his spare time. He enjoys working with his hands and likes designing and making furniture. He also enjoys running and regularly goes to the gym.
