Nikki Sipma

Nikki's academic background is in Biology and Medical Laboratory Research, with a specialisation in biotechnology. From a young age, she developed a great appreciation for nature through her passion for horse riding.

As a soil and water specialist, Nikki is driven by the realisation that she is contributing to a more sustainable world every day. She really enjoys getting into the finer details of issues because, as she says, the solutions that nature offers us are often found there. What she likes about working at Bioclear earth is the variety and the opportunity to share new ideas.

Nikki's motto sums up her character perfectly: "I've never done it before, so I think I can do it." Her colleagues appreciate her as a cheerful and quick-to-learn teammate. She is a hard worker who remains calm under pressure. Her enthusiasm and positive energy contribute to a pleasant atmosphere within the team.

In her spare time, she enjoys horse riding, hiking, travelling and photography.
