Jidske studied Molecular Life Sciences in Wageningen. During her graduation research at Deltares, she did research on biofilms on microplastics. At our company she is also involved in the microbiological world. A large part of her work consists of analysing micro-organisms in the soil. What Jidske finds so fascinating about her work is the challenge to find out each time how the microbiological puzzle pieces fit together. Jidske is super enthusiastic, intelligent, creative, always in a good mood and up for anything! Whether you have to jump over a ditch or spend days looking at data, she does it all with great pleasure and dedication. In a nutshell, we are very happy to have her on our team.

In her spare time, she likes hiking in the mountains, survival running and taking care of and cutting indoor plants.
