After graduating MLO Chemistry and Clean Technology at the University for applied sciences in Den Bosch, Lelia started working as a researcher water treatment at the Suiker Unie factory in Hoogkerk. In the following three years she worked as a project manager soil treatment and was responsible for maintenance of treatment installations for a contractor in soil remediation. In 2006 she became a part of our team as laboratory technician and environmental worker. A large portion of her activities take place in the field, taking samples and monitoring soil remediation projects. Lelia is very empathetic and knows how to communicate with residents who are confronted with soil remediation projects. She is appreciated in our team for being very genuine, tenacious, accurate and cheerful.
In her spare time Lelia also loves the outdoors. She likes hiking and engages in rock climbing and mountain biking.
