After graduating in Civil Engineering and Operational management for Engineers, Dick started his career at IWACO/Royal Haskoning. For 23 years he was responsible for the contract supervision, preparation and execution of soil projects. In 2013 Dick joined Bioclear earth as team manager Soil & Water.  He is known for his broad experience, organisational skills and is an excellent trouble-shooter. Dick likes to look at issues from   different perspectives and always knows how to put matters into the right perspective.

Don’t be surprised if you encounter him on his racing bike or MTB during his spare time, even in the very early hours of the morning.
